I have recently been selected at the 182nd Human Resource Advisor. I am extremely excited for this opportunity and would like to thank my predecessor, Chief Marlon Burton, for laying the foundation of the HRA program that I will be building from!
Some exciting things are in the works, so be on the lookout for details about our speed mentoring session and several professional development opportunities throughout the year. I plan to have some face-to-face discussions with most squadrons in the coming months to highlight the mentoring program, and I am looking forward to engaging with all members of the Wing!
