182nd firefighters act in aircraft crash exercise
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. An Illinois Air National Guard C-130 Hercules was used to imitate an aircraft crash with 50 casualties on a Gen. Wayne A. Downing Peoria International Airport runway. The airport hosted the tri-annual exercise to test its emergency protocols.
