Thank you for considering us for your event!
We often participate in public events to enhance public understanding of the Air Force mission. We will evaluate all requests to ensure our participation complies with public law and DoD policy.
Please submit all public event requests on a DD Form 2536 and email the completed form to 182nd Airlift Wing Public Affairs.
Media engagement is one way we educate audiences about the Air Force mission and the role our Airmen play in national security.
We work with our local and national civilian media counterparts to provide interviews, media roundtables, press releases, press conferences, etc. If you would like to cover a story on-base, please contact us by email or at 309-633-5118.
All of our multimedia is public domain and available for download at Defense Visual Information Distribution Service (DVIDS).
All flyover and static aircraft requests must be submitted online to the U.S. Air Force Aerial Events Office at www.airshows.pa.hq.af.mil, no later than 30 days prior to the event.
Only after the Aerial Events Office has issued you an approval number should you email us with the details of your support request.
Following natural and man-made disasters, we are often asked about humanitarian aid donations to overseas locations. Humanitarian aid should be coordinated through the Denton Program; more information can be found at USAID.gov.
