We know with the COVID-19 pandemic there has been an increase in alcohol consumption. The 182nd Airlift Wing has partnered with San Diego State University to offer a personalized, anonymous, online resource that focuses on changing behavior of drinking too much alcohol. It is not a static assessment or typical education course; it provides personalized feedback.

It is easy to use. It only takes 20 to 30 minutes and can be done from home or anywhere. So, if you think you have a problem or if you have been told you have a problem with alcohol please follow the link below! You will be glad you did!
